Our Maintenance Plans
All prices listed below are for pools up to 15 x 30 in size. Largers pool might be slightly higher.
PLAN #1 (Required a Bottom Cleaner)
Maintenance man stops once a week to test and add necessary chemicals, brush the walls and skim the surface. Tile will be cleaned every other week and filter will be cleaned monthly.

*POOL WITH OVERFLOWING SPA $125/mo
PLAN #2 (Most Popular)
Maintenance man stops once a week to test and add necessary chemicals. Every other week your pool will be vacuumed, surface skimmed, and tile cleaned. On the weeks your pool is not vacuumed, your walls will be brushed, and surface will still be skimmed. Filter will be cleaned monthly.

*POOL WITH OVERFLOWING SPA $140/mo
PLAN #3A (REQUIRES SCREEN ENCLOSURE)
Maintenance man stops once per week to add all necessary chemicals, vacuum pool, clean the tile and skim water surface. The filter will be cleaned every 4 weeks.

*POOL WITH OVERFLOWING SPA $180/mo
***PLAN #3B (Required Without Screen Enclosure)
This plan is required for all pools that do not have a screen enclosure.
Maintenance man stops once a week to test and add necessary chemicals, vacuum pool, clean tile and skim the surface. The filter will be cleaned monthly.
